KEY POINTS
- To clean, wipe with warm water and mild detergent without submerging the board. Rinse and towel dry. Allow the board to dry for a few hours on its side or on a stand to ensure it has thoroughly dried.
- Never place your board in the dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, or freezer.
- Don’t submerge the board in water or allow liquids of any type to sit on the board for long periods of time.
- Refinish the board anytime the board is starting to look or feel dry.

MAINTAIN
- Refinish the board anytime the board is starting to look and/or feel dry; after the cleaning process:
- Allow the board to air dry thoroughly until there’s no moisture
- Inspect the board to insure there are no contaminants, dust, etc.
- Apply food-safe oil/wax finish
- Wait 3-5 minutes
- Repeat, if desired/needed
- Wipe away excess finish w/ a clean dry towel
